課程採定義認知與地板功演練，並納入國外網路動畫或真實示範影片，學員可立即現場對應演練，或私下自行研習迅速理解。
進行方式~
1.即興口令(Hash Call)：臨時即興變化的方式，跳來刺激又有趣。2. 歌唱口令 (Singing Call)：西洋歌曲中穿插舞步口令，可邊跳邊欣賞歌曲。
評量方式
